Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaSBoard ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SaaSBoard is a platform where users can showcase their SaaS and MVP projects for free, add links, receive upvotes and compete in monthly rankings. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are fraudulent or abusive.

Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit to SaaSBoard (projects, descriptions, links, images). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Manipulate upvotes or rankings through fraudulent means.
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. User-submitted content, including project listings, is not endorsed or verified by us. You use the Platform and any third-party links or services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform.
